Pine Belt Auto was established by Louis Trebino and David Sickel and remains a family-owned business today. Dealer Principal Michael Trebino represents the second generation of family leadership, carrying forward the customer-first values the company was built on four decades ago.

Pine Belt Auto operates two Nissan dealerships, a Cadillac dealership, and a dedicated used car dealership — Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport, Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River, Pine Belt Cadillac, and Pine Belt Used Cars.

Our Story

Pine Belt Auto was founded in 1986 by Louis Trebino and David Sickel. What began as a single dealership commitment to putting customers first has grown into one of New Jersey’s established family-owned automotive groups, with four dealership locations serving the Jersey Shore, Central New Jersey, and the greater New York metro area.

Today, Pine Belt Auto is led by Dealer Principal Michael Trebino, the second generation of the Trebino family to run the organization. Under Michael’s leadership, Pine Belt Auto continues to operate on the same principles the company was founded on: treating every customer with honesty, fairness, and personal attention.

The Lifetime Engine Warranty

Pine Belt Auto is the Home of the Lifetime Engine Warranty — a program introduced in 2018 to give customers long-term ownership value that goes beyond standard manufacturer coverage.

The Lifetime Engine Warranty is available at all four Pine Belt Auto dealership locations. It applies to new and used vehicles purchased with cash or financing, with no restrictions based on vehicle make or model. Vehicles must have 85,000 miles or fewer at the time of purchase to qualify. The warranty does not apply to leased vehicles.

To keep coverage active, customers must follow the factory-recommended maintenance schedule for their vehicle. The Lifetime Engine Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchasing customer only.

The program was created to provide customers with additional long-term value — a tangible ownership benefit that extends the relationship between Pine Belt Auto and the customer well beyond the day of purchase. At Pine Belt Auto, the sale is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one.
